Our client in Bellville is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage the full Payroll functions and assist with administrative Human Resources functions. Salary Negotiable to experience.
Requirements: Matric (NQF 4), Relevant degree or diploma advantageous, 3 years minimum Payroll experience working on MS Payroll (Moore Stephens) or similar, Own transport, Computer literacy (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Intermediate experience on excel – data capturing and administration of time sheets. Financial & Payroll Acumen.
Responsibilities & Duties: Payroll Administration and capturing like admin, timesheets. Assume responsibility for Payroll and related queries (leave, updating personal information, payroll taxes, etc). Updating and distributing payroll related reports. Leave and retrenched calculations. Compiling commission calculation reports received from Finance to be incorporated into payroll.
HR-related administration including filing documents and ensuring all employee files are in order. Assist with compiling all necessary information for SETA and EE submissions. Preparation of HR required documents (contracts, AOD’s, confirmation of employment). Drafting minutes for formal HR reviews and meetings.
