Embroidery Machine Operator
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time leading Full Time, On Call, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 Hourly for 24 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Richmond Hill Ontario, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Experience an asset
Work Setting: Fabric embroidery shop
Type of Knitting Machines: Flat bed
Type of Fabric Preparation Machines: Embroidery
Machine Set-Up Experience: Required
Specific Skills: Operate large automatic multi-needle machines to embroider or to sew lengths of several layers of material
Additional Skills: Repair minor mechanical problems such as broken or defective needles, Notify supervisor or repairers of mechanical malfunctions, Make adjustments to machines
Security and Safety: Bondable
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Dusty
