Job Purpose: To assist Group HSEQ & Sustainability Manager to establish and conduct the HSEQ Induction, Onboard Training, Job-based and customer required training to the drivers, helpers, workshop, Road Transport, and Warehousing business.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and develop the annual training plan and implement the training plan to the given scope of facilities and drivers. Establish and develop the annual training plan for the helpers, warehousing, workshop, and yard workers and implement the same. Conduct the training as per plan and perform pre-& post-training evaluations. Review and update the training content/module as and when required. Wherever required, a training module shall be developed as per the directions of Group HSEQ & Sustainability Manager. Provide counseling/remedial training to the drivers and other workforce for the reported violations and incidents. Conduct the on-road spot checks and in-cab assessment as per the monthly KPI assigned by the manager who reporting to
Wherever required and informed by the Group HSEQ & Sustainability Manager and/or his delegate, shall carry out necessary site inspections, route hazard mapping and investigate the incidents in the positive blame-free environment.
Qualification and Experience: Degree/Diploma / Engineering or Equivalent Academic Qualification. NEBOSH IGC / Equivalent Professional Qualification. Must be proficient in English & Hindi / Urdu. Skillset in Computer Applications and Microsoft Office Packages.
5 to 10 Years of Overall Driver/HSE Training Experience. Journey Management Experience adds an advantage. 3 years Heavy-duty/light-duty driving experience.
