Experience of working at Leisure/ Entertainment & Fun Parks in UAE/ GCC.

Experienced at Revenue Management / Capacity Planning/ Service Inventory management.

A strong people leader, experienced at handling High performance teams.

Orientation towards delivering a Superlative Customer Experience to all the kids/ parents visiting adventure Zone.

Experience in building different revenue channels : Activity Sessions , Birthdays, Membership Programs , Multiple Entry Products etc to ensure / optimize Capacity Utilization @ the zone.

Partnerships & associations with Schools & educational Institutions to build different Adventure Packages as a part of academic curriculum..

Organized & Structured way of working – including ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to mandatory safety standards.

Expecting the person to be High Beta, high on energy levels, self  motivated, actively involved in adventure & fitness lifestyle.
