Job Responsibility: Should be able to communicate effectively with staff, both verbal and written. Should be able to identify issues and solve problems. Should be familiar with MS office & ERP tools. Keeping a track of Grievances and solving employee’s issues. Assisting HRBP’s for preparation of reports. Preparation of Final settlement for all employees. Make the master input data for all earnings and deductions on monthly basis for UAE payroll. Preparation of Group payroll Summary Report.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 2-5 years work experience in HR in UAE; UAE experience and labor law knowledge is a must
Salary AED: 6,000 (MAX).
