Job description: Attend and answer phone calls in a pleasing manner; Greeting client’s visitors and assisting them; Should have good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Handle Social Media. Knows how to edit pictures and video. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Scheduling appointments. Also, you must be knowledgeable about the job and ensure that you meet the necessary qualifications needed by the company.
