What does the Training Manager do?

You will be training new card sales agents across the country over the phone.  You can work remotely or from our offices in due course. Your role will define the future of salespeople’s careers and their engagement. You will teach people about SOLmate products, how to sell them and how to find clients. Define training needs and craft proper training scripts. Be responsible for the sales agents’ knowledge level and exam scores. Call, call, call every day!!

What are the requirements? 1 year experience in a call center in support or telemarketing role - proof required. Phone training experience is an advantage. Fluent English and Shona (clean speaking). Strong negotiation skills, able to explain anything to anyone.
