Receptionist - Automotive Paintshop, Strand, Helderberg. Company Name: Auto Care Centre. We are looking for someone with experience working as a Receptionist in an Automotive Spray painting/Panel shop to assist with related daily office duties, Strand area. You need to be computer literate, experience working with Veculim Software or any other related Body shop programs.

Duties will consist of helping customers, assisting with quotes, processing quotes, follow up on quotes, and follow up on bookings and payments, data capturing, answering the phone, invoicing, problem solving and more office related duties. Give feedback to customers.

The person needs to be presentable and professional at all times and dealing with the customers in a professional manner.  Need to be able to work under pressure and make good decisions in pressure situations. Need to provide references. Salary to be confirmed.
