Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced accountant with experience in Construction field in the UAE with 10 to 12 years – to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Job location is in Al Mafraq, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Roles and Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of financial statements. Analyze and reconcile bank statements and maintaining a general ledger. Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue. Maintain and record fixed assets. Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary. Act as a liaison for subcontractors and materials to reconcile any billing discrepancies. Preparing month-end close procedures. Analyze financial reports and forecasts.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. 10-12 years related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ERP systems, including Microsoft Office. Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. Arabic speaking and writing preferred.
