Requirements: Minimum of NQF 4 and PDE 4: Real Estate Minimum 5 years of property sales experience. Minimum 5 years management experience. A 2022 FFC, plus continuous registration for at least the past 3 years. MUST RESIDE IN WITBANK. A sound understanding of property legislation. Ability to deal with inter-personal disputes. Previous track records of property sold. Clear criminal record. Strong interpersonal skills. Good at negotiating. Own vehicle and valid license.

Duties and Responsibilities: Coaching and mentoring of a team of sales agentsLogbook training for intern agents 1 on 1 weekly meetings. Setting goals for agents and ensuring they are met. Achieving targets for the company. Sign off contracts and legal documents for intern agents. Ability to sell independently. Review purchase contracts to ensure terms and conditions are met.
