We are seeking for an Arabic speaking Female Administrative Secretary to maintain the smooth running of the office.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Responsibilities: Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties. Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents (Arabic to English). Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases. 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Greet and assist visitors to the office. Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Requirements: Written and spoken Arabic and English skills. Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role. Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software). Working knowledge of office equipment. Thorough understanding of office management procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
