Payroll Administrator, Pinetown, West Suburbs. Company Name: CTW Consulting. My amazing client is in search of a Payroll Administrator with immediate effect working remotely in KZN.
Job Function (not limited to: Prepare, process and manage monthly payrolls of app. 500 employees. Collating data from various HR/Payroll affiliates. Importing payroll information into VIP Premier via batch imports. Extracting monthly reports and listing for 3rd parties Prep. of 3rd party schedules. Prep. for tax year end and mid-year EMP501 submissions. Monthly journal and recons. Admin - provident fund and related queries. WCA prep and submission of the ROE's for payrolls. Assisting with prep and co-ordination for salary reviews and bonuses.
Experience / Skills Requirements: Minimum 5 years exp. on Sage VIP Premier. Payroll/HR Degree/Diploma related qualification is advantageous. Ability to work under a pressurized environment and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent reporting skills and financial acumen. MS office and MS Excel knowledge essential.
