Requirements that are non negotiable: A degree or ND within the HR field. Languages English and Afrikaans. 7 years minimum experience, in HR and Health and Safety (This role carries a heavy weighting around health and safety.

KPA: Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management. Leave management and payroll assistance. HRA and reporting. Training, H&S - Maintaining of H&S systems, COVID compliance. Operational Function: Manage BEE status of the business, optimize efficiency and systems. Manage organisational goals and planning. Co ordinate all audits and inspections which take place - Manage all customer audits and Department of Labour inspections, including H&S inspections from external governing bodies.

Assist all external auditors/inspectors relating to H&S. Ensure prep is adequate for social accountability audits and work as a team player with other colleagues in order to obtain necessary info quickly to assist auditors. CTC from 36k pm.
