Office Administrator at Global Firm, Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands, Company Name: To be disclosed to successful candidates. Office Administrator & Marketing. R16000 per month plus commission. Mon-Friday 07.30 - 16.30. Location: Stellenbosch. Office Based position.

The position require the skills of a lady with a post matric qualification in marketing or hospitality. A diploma or degree is a requirement, it is an Afrikaans environment but all clients are located abroad thus work will only be done telephonically and on email in English.

The skill set consist of: Managing a dairy/calendar. Working with targets. Excellent written and verbal English Language. Excellent Administrational & organisational skills. The person will have to be very self motivated and have the ability to work independant as well as in a team. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills. Working knowledge Microsoft Excel is a minimum requirement.

Requirements: Own cellphone & reliable car. Proof of matric & tersiary qualification. Minimum of 4 years work experience.

Employee's duties and responsibilities will include: A target of  new clients per months is a requirement and will require the candidate to approach, deal and assist a new member to sign up and to communicate with the clients in terms of their membership. Administrative duties to reach the relevant deadlines and targets of the season in accordance with the seasonal planning.

Identifying client queries and respond accordingly. Responsible for checks of marketing to do's and daily planning. Supportive role when staff is absent to stand in Weekly feedback report on sales and marketing related duties. Responsible to assist and role out of awards season timeline and pro-active planning to ensure that deadlines are met. Key event support if an international event is held once a year (travelling may required once a year).

Invoicing, Assist with training of new staff members, Weekly workload planning, Minutes of meetings, Merchandise orders during Aug - November each year, New membership sign ups retrieve and process, CEO reminder lists on a weekly basis and summary of any backlog in the marketing team that may exist.

Facebook posts, Communication of any magazine or promotional alerts that go hand in hand with membership benefits.
