We are looking for waitress/ food runner.

Main Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain a cheerful, friendly attitude towards customers while correctly operating the cash register.

Collect and process payments accurately, whether in cash or credit, and issue receipts, refunds, or change.

Cross-sell products and introduce new ones for call orders.

Answer/address customers’ questions and provide information concerning menu items, availability, and delivery options.

Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information immediately and effectively with the help of management when needed.

Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.

Balance daily checks and sales reports.

Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.

Work closely with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Front-End Managers to ensure the success of the restaurant.

Monitoring the status of placed orders and encouraging the support staff for faster preparation of orders.

Following all restaurant procedures regarding promotions – coupons, gift cards etc

Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
