We are in need of a full time Junior Mechanical Fitter in our factory outside Durbanville. We manufacture and install precast hollowcore slabs using specialized equipment for the building environment sector. Applicants are expected to be able to take on the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Provide immediate and accurate feedback to Senior Fitter and  Factory Manager. Diligently complete checklist for machines. Fault finding and trouble shooting. Strictly adhere to a detailed maintenance schedule. Be prepared to be on standby on a rotational basis.

Requirements: 5 Years proven experience in maintaining mechanical plant. Red seal qualified. Excellent interpersonal skills. Own transport. Own basic tools, electrical and power tools provided. Work overtime from time to time as instructed. We are a dynamic vibrant company supplying the building industry. We are situated outside Durbanville. Own transport is a requirement. Work shifts on a rotational basis: Shift 1 – 07:00 to 15:30 Mon to Thu; 07:00 to 15:00 Fri, 07:00 to 15:30 Sat. Shift 2 – 15:00 to 01:00 Mon to Fri.
