Logistics Coordinator, Franschhoek, Cape Winelands. Company Name: Chemelco South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Chemelco South Africa is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our growing business of ingredients & chemicals in South Africa / southern Africa.

The position supports the Sales Team across the full range of commercial activities, focusing on administrative duties which include. Coordinating inbound shipments with outsourced service providers. Coordinating deliveries to clients South Africa-wide and also to neighboring countries.

Inbound tariff/clearing, landsliding, warehousing, and delivery/trucking tariffs negotiation. Admin control, obtaining import permits, invoicing, making sure the right documents accompany our deliveries. Liaising with our overseas Order Management / Logistics teams.

What we require; A highly organized and flexible approach to work. Bachelor or Master in Logistic Management. Minimum 3 – 5 years of applicable experience. Excellent computer literacy including CRM/ERP systems (SAP B1 knowledge preferably).

Excellent writing and reading skills in minimum English, additional modern language skills are welcome. A pleasant personality fitting in our organization, able to maintain good relations with clients, service providers, team members.
