Our client a BPAAS (Business Process as a Service) company based in Cape Town specialists in operations management and analytics is looking for a Recruiter to join their team. Should you be successful, your primary responsibility to develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing need. Screening resumes, Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, Administering appropriate company assessments, Perform reference and background checks. Make recommendations to company hiring managers. Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers. Follow up on the interview process status. Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process. Completing timely reports on employment activity. Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Qualifications and Experience. Must have 4 years of business industry experience - call center/ BPO. Experience in onboarding intakes in a high volume hiring environment, Experience in coordinating or leading HR Admin functions as it relates to new hires onboarding. High attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experiencing in BPO in a high volume/bulk hiring environment. Should be able to work from Monday to Friday. Permanent Position. Salary Between: R18,000.00pm - R24,000pm. Medical Aid, Pension.
