Operations and Sales Administrator, Muizenberg, Southern Peninsula. Company Name: BLUE WEAVER. Blue Weaver, a Book Marketing, Sales, and Distribution Company are looking for a dynamic Operations and Sales Administrator. This successful candidate will be required to work from the Company’s Offices based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town (Capricorn Business Park, Muizenberg). Please note that this is a Mid-Level Position and as such the Salary Remuneration will be in accordance with the responsibilities of the position and the experience required.

Key responsibilities include Client relationship liaison. Overseeing international stock inventory, ordering, and logistics. Overseeing order processing. Sales reporting and analysis. Marketing and Sales Presentations. Assisting the Marketing and Sales Team Members with Marketing Materials. The Maintaining of Ordering, Price, and Product Schedules. The Maintaining of Stock Schedules. Dealing with Customer Price and Availability Queries. Dealing with Sales Team Queries. Dealing and Placing Orders with our Distribution Centre. General administrative tasks. Local Travel if and when required. The direct Line of Reporting will be to the Managing Director.

Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer are essential. Proven experience in a previous Operations or Administration role. Excellent Communication Skills. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines. A high level of attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Good business writing, verbal business communication skills, and telephone manner are essential. The ability to work in a small business environment. The ability to work in a group marketing and sales administration environment.

The ability and willingness to work after normal business hours to assist with Book Launches and Promotional Activities. The ability and willingness to periodically locally travel with the Marketing and Sales Team to call on and visit both Customers and Suppliers.
