Urgent Vacancy: Admin Assistant, George, Eden. Company Name: Fibreway Telecoms. Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to - Answer calls and responding to emails. Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Assist various departments. Maintain communication between technicians and clients. General admin duties, filing, printing scanning, etc. Identify and escalate priority issues. Route calls to the appropriate resources. Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Requirements - Grade 12. Presentable with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). Fluent in Afrikaans & English (Read and Write). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Admin experience (neat & organized). Good data entry and typing skills. Valid driver’s license & own transport. Good work ethics.
