Knowledge of pastry, bakery products, coffees, mocktails, etc. Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate order details to the kitchen staff as needed. Knowledge of POS systems. Maintain a neat and clean dining area. Up-sell any additional products when appropriate. Deliver checks and process bill payments. The ability to work on your feet for the duration of a shift. Should have Excellent communication skills and be presentable.
