Sales Processing Clerk, Other, Northern Suburbs. My client an icon within manufacturing is looking for a solid sales processing clerk. YOU MUST CURRENTLY BE DOING THE PROCESSING OF SALES ORDERS. We are looking for a stable person with attention to detail and at least 5-7 years in order processing specifically, with a large product line, and working on Syspro.

To have worked in a call center in your past would be good. In total, we do not want less than 12-15 years of work experience. You will be well-spoken and even-tempered with the ability to handle pressure and stress. The orders come streaming in.

Requirements: Matric - not negotiable must come from the Northern Suburbs and preferably have your own transport. (There is free parking). Salary is market-related and there is a retirement option. Due to volumes only those shortlisted will be contacted. If you have not heard back in 4 days, you have not been selected to proceed.

Responsibility: Receive, confirm and process orders on Syspro. Print packing slips for Warehouse. Provide admin support to sales manager and sales team. Control backorders. Perform month-end functions and report compilation. Provide telephonic support. Support with new business development where required. Do telesales to select customers - 5% of the time.
