Coded Precision Welder, Montague Gardens, Northern Suburbs. Our prominent client, in the manufacturing industry and based in Montague Gardens, is currently looking to employ an Industry Coded Precision Welder with a minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience within a manufacturing/food & beverage environment.

Responsibility: The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Provide engineering technical services to the company. Execution of all welding tasks of sound quality in compliance with specific requirements. Experience in the setting up of a welding machine according to welding procedure. The ability to read and interpret drawings. Experience in welding parts according to drawings and welding procedures. The ability to ensure work is done safely and according to quality standards. Experience welding with a variety of machines (TIG / MIG / MMA etc.)

Must be able to read P & ID Drawings, assembly instructions, and technical drawings. Ability to neatly cut, drill, grind, weld, form stainless steel assemblies and use the appropriate tools correctly.

Qualifications: Welder Trade Test Certificate. Minimum of 4-5 years relevant working experience in welding. Stainless steel and mild steel welder for pipework and machines for the food and beverage industry. Proven track record of coded welding in the last 12months. Knowledge of relevant safety standards. Must be able to work on your own, Be thorough, and pay attention to detail. This position will involve extensive traveling nationally and internationally.
