Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Implement production schedules and estimate staffing, duty assignments, and inventory requirements. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of the product. Maintains time and production records. Responsible for tracking inventory and initiating requisitions for needed parts or supplies.

Education & Experience: A technical qualification in the field of expertise or specific trade required. At least 5 years’ Foreman experience in Shipbuilding / Production within specific trade Extensive experience in shipbuilding essential.
