Architectural Technologist, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Must have a qualification in Architecture. Must have at least 3-5 years of working experience. Must be able to liaise directly with clients and municipality departments. Must have a valid driver's license. Preference will be given to candidates with SACAP registration. Project management experience will be advantageous. Interior design experience will be advantageous. Must have experience in Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, and Revit software. Designing and drawing as per requirements. Must have experience in measuring up and drawing concept plans. Must have experience in developing plans for municipal submission and getting plans approved in accordance with building standards. The position is permanent. Salary will be market-related.
