Out-call customers to generate leads for Interior and contracting works. Documenting all calls and new contact information (name, mobile, email) in an excel sheet and sharing it with the Excel team. Efficient managing customers with follow-up on renewals and producing positive results against weekly / monthly KPI’s. Share customer's feedback/comments related to services, why they do not like to renew.
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems & guiding them through corrective steps. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Minimum one years’ experience as a Contact Centre- Preferably Telesales Self-Driven & Proactive. Excellent communication skills
