Requirements: 2 -5 years work experience in the kitchen/chef

Must be able to cook or prepare dishes

Manage all day-to-day aspects of the HMR department including:

Menu planning and new product development including costing of all prepared meals

Conducting a sensory evaluation on all foods prepared (taste, smell and appearance)

Ensuring all ingredient used in food preparation is of good quality, and all opened unused ingredients are labelled accordingly and used within its best before dates

Maintaining the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness, ensure all food-handling

Must be customer service driven

Any other duties and assignments as required by management in the kitchen
