Site Agent, City Centre, Cape Town. A prominent Western Cape-based construction company is looking to employ the services of a Site Agent. Previous experience with large construction companies and on large refurbishment projects will be a distinct advantage.

Minimum Requirements: 5 - 10 years experience. Valid driver's license, Mobile phone.

Skills & Experience: Supervisor, Site Management, Experienced in finishing, Setting out of duties, Prioritizing duties, Ordering of material utilized on-site. Planning of work ahead and keeping to planning schedule. Recording of completed works. Recording of hours worked by each employee.

Competencies: Confidence and decisiveness. Client focus, Planning and organizing, Information gathering, and problem analysis. Quality and detail orientation. Presenting and communicating information.

SALARY: R30 0000-R40 000 per month negotiable dependent on skills and experience
