DUTIES: Personal diary management. Administrative management and general day-to-day running of the office. Handling and/or editing all correspondence (emails, telephone calls, write-ups, agreements, etc.) follow up where necessary. Organizing and coordinating all, management and general company meetings and ensuring that all relevant documentation is received and delivered timeously. Maintain a secure, efficient, and accurate filing system.
Scheduling of appointments, ordering of office supplies, and requirements.
Minimum Requirements: Up to 2 years of working experience. Computer literate. Good administrative and time management skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Good coordinating skills. Interpersonal skills.
