We are looking for a Reservation Clerk / Receptionist to manage the daily operations and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Must have previous experience in Reservations and Reception.
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Computer Literacy in Windows, MS Office & knowledge in OPERA/IDS system is an added advantage.
