Job Requirements: Valid driver’s license and own transport. Must reside within Nelson Mandela Metropolitan. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (within the residential property construction and development industry will be advantageous). Be able to set out a site. Must be able to read and understand a building plan.

Responsibilities: Quality Control – able to check levels and squares of all houses. Assist Site Manager with daily tasks. Stock Management/control.
