Jnr HR Manager, Registered Psychometrist (Non-EE). Eastern Pretoria, Pretoria / Tshwane. An established transport company will employ an HR Manager to manage the national HR portfolio for all the branches within the Group. Apart from the generalist HR function, the successful candidate should also be proficient in psychometry as the position will entail large-scale recruitment and selection for this competitive market leader.
Job Description: Act as HR Business Partner/ Manager and consultant for the Group. Manage the large-scale turnkey recruitment and selection process for office and field staff. Implement appropriate psychometric measures and assessment centers on shortlisted candidates. Engage in generalist and ad hoc HR administration duties, as and when required.
Minimum Requirements: Applicable HR/ IOP qualification or equivalent. A registered Industrial Psychologist /or Psychometrist - non-negotiable. Min 1 year HR Generalist and recruitment experience. Min 1-year Psychometric assessment experience - non-negotiable. Good verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Computer literacy. Driver's license and own transport. Ideally reside in Pretoria East, or willing to relocate. Must be a self-starter and be able to work without supervision. High performance and deadline-driven work ethic. Excellent organizational and administration skills. A high level of diplomacy and confidentiality. Ability to work with a diverse workforce. Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: R23 000 - R28 000 CTC p/m.
