A Marble Supplier Company require ARABIC SPEAKING Sales /Business development Engineer to promote the sales. The company is looking for experiences, result-oriented individual, who can build a network of main contractors & sub-contractors. The candidate must have experience in construction, consultant, architects, and marble/natural stone sectors in UAE. Further, previous experience in the similar roles will be a definite advantage,
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Accountable for growing revenue through direct contact, network with Industrial customers.
2. Devising strategies for driving sales growth in marble restoration and installation sectors
3. Develop and Implement the sales operation process, best practices and lead the sales team
4. Devise the strategies to for operation process planning, ensure adherence to standards and quality.
5. Prepare proposals and offers for clients which are comprehensive in scope and compelling in their presentation to ensure the customer see full value proposition.
6. Apply in-depth knowledge of the industry and value proposition to win prospective clients for the company
7. Identify new business opportunities for solutions with current and prospective clients to drive pipeline growth
8. Daily activities/tasks reporting, Forecasting sales & activities.
9. Organize meetings with potential customers and network effectively
10. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
11. Ownership of sales pipeline. Engage with existing clients to generate repeat business.
12. Build relationships with clients at highest possible corporate level
13. Meet and exceed sales targets
14. Achieve the monthly collection targets and ensure the collection within the due date.
15. Involve the mock-up for restoration, co-ordinate client & operation for execute the mock-up, resolve issues at the site and expedite the project start up.
16. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales/client relations Marble Industry / Construction /Marble Installation & Restoration
17. Must demonstrate solution selling capability inclusive of services and technology
18. Fast learning, networking skills, sales orientation, high energy levels, ability to meet defined targets, communication & presentation skills, Proven track record of business & operation development skills Computer literacy – (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
19. Knowledge of Marble industry is a big plus
20. Language: Arabic & English Speaking
