Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association, Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Area of Specialization: Construction, Structural, Survey
Work Experience: Design
Construction Specialization: Residential, Industrial, commercial and institutional
Work Setting: Engineering consulting company
Project and Personnel Management Skills: Multidisciplinary projects co-ordination, Supervise field crews, Supervise other technical personnel
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Physically demanding
Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Noisy, Wet/damp
