Prepares a variety of meat shawarma such as Mexican, Syrian, Arabic & Indian.
Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products made.
Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or operation manager.
Must maintain personal hygiene in accordance with DHA
standards for Food Service Employees.
Qualification: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the preparation of Meat Shawarma food such as Mexican, Syrian, Arabic & Indian.
