Requirements: Grade 12, Recognized tertiary qualification. Must have written and passed the Representative (RE5) exam. Must currently be on an FSP's license as a Representative giving advice and providing an intermediary service. Minimum 5 years experience in a financial advisory role. Proven track record in high-performance sales environments. Ability to demonstrate a high level of new business prospecting.

Preferred: Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning. A candidate who has written, passed and maintained their CFP® Board certification. Has been licensed for the following subcategories on a Category 1 FSP license (can be under supervision for selected sub-categories): 1.3., 1.20.,1.4., 1.5., 1.8., 1.9., 1.10., 1.11., 1.12., 1.14., 1.17.,1.18. A candidate with an investment book of clients will be a large benefit. Valid driver’s license. Own vehicle.

Responsibility Duties: Sales, Prospecting for new clients. Advising and servicing high net wealth (HNW) clients with a specific focus on their lump sum investments. Growing investment clients.

Salary: R 25 000 basics for the first 6 months. R 20 000 basic plus commission after 6 months.
