Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture. Making and serving tea and coffee to guests/managers and checking the pantry area for its cleanliness. Prepare stationery and supply to all departments. Monitoring the pantry stocks. Filing and delivering documents to the different floors as per the department’s requirements. Requirements: Should have min 1+ years of similar experience in the office.

Good communication skills candidates should be available locally for face-to-face interviews.
