Duties: To accurately process customer and supplier invoices in the accounting system. Ensure invoices are properly authorized. Check and match invoices against orders. Ensure month-end deadlines are met in order for payment to take place. Monthly recon and sending of statements.

Filing of invoices, Running of errands. Other Adhoc duties as required. Obtain necessary paperwork from clients. Provide sales support. Digitize all paperwork. Salary: R 10 000 - R 12 000 CTC.
