Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 (with an above-average Mathematics mark). Between the ages of 35 and 45. Must be experienced in stock control. Must have knowledge of VAT calculations. Must understand profit margins and calculations. Must be able to resolve problems. Must be accurate. Computer literate. Must be highly proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Arch and Micros software is a big plus.

Responsibility Duties: Capturing of all stock on Arch and Micros for franchise outlets. Creditors management. Managing stock. Reconciling statements. Price adjustments according to GP% guidelines.

Updating: Price Lists, Supplier Lists, Write-Offs, Credit Notes, Managing GP%. Suggested ordering (in conjunction with Operational Shop Manager).

Liaise with franchises regarding New Suppliers, Stock Items, etc, System maintenance, Office admin and filing, Correspondence between all relevant parties. Handling general inquiries.

Hours: 07h30 – 18h00 (Monday – Friday). Salary: R 17 000 - R 20 000.
