We require someone to work from September to January during our busy season. This is a part-time position. The potential to be employed on a full-time basis is your work well. We will make this determination at the end of January.

We require the services of the following: Barista. Pastry Chef. Waiter. Waitress

Perquisites: Traceable references. Pictures of the items you have made. At least 2 years experience. Must be able to work late. The shifts start times will vary so you must be flexible. You must make your own transport arrangements.

Pastry chef skills: Desserts such as Baked Cheesecakes, Belgian Chocolate Brownies, Crepes, Belgian Waffles, Cremè Caramel, Cremè Brule, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Lava Cakes etc.

Barista skills All coffee drinks, Milkshakes, Smoothies, Teas, Iced Coffee etc. Waiter skills. Excellent upselling skills. Pleasant personality.

Polite, Ability to take orders and give instructions to the kitchen, Clean tables and wash dishes.

Wages: Rate per hour is dependent on what you can do and your experience. Working hours and days will be communicated to you on a weekly basis. Wages paid weekly computed on hours worked. Preference given to candidates who live in close proximity to our store. Tips shared equally with all staff in all sections.
