Filling and record for the new inquiry and follow-up/feedback.

Coordinating with the Maintenance Team regarding the complaints, issues of Tenants and fill everything for the record.

Coordinating with the subcontractors, Checking Quotations.

Have the Market search for the Rent Prices and offers of the other real estate for comparison.

Knowledge of Rera Policies/ Real Estate

Making the new Contracts/ renewal Contracts,

Attending the calls for the inquiry, team 24hrs if necessary.

Making Daily reports/weekly reports/monthly reports and directly reporting to MD.

Should have driving License.

Experience should be 5YRS and above.

Can handle pressure and work as a team.

Flexible and can do multi-task.

Can Join Immediately -Priority.
