Branch Consultants, Other, North Coast. Company Name: Malwande Investment. Malwande Investment is recruiting Branch Consultants in Mandeni, KZN. This opportunity exists within the Sales Department and reporting to the Branch Manager. The successful individuals will provide high-quality sales and customer services to the branch.
Minimum Requirements: Matric. Regulatory Examination (RE) Qualification – an advantage. 2 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
Job Specification: Sell life assurance products at the branch level. Accurately identify insurance needs by asking effective questions and listening attentively. Match product benefits to customer needs. Explain features, advantages of policies and/ products to promote a sale. Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records of potential clients. Source new clients to generate leads and meet targets. Service all walk-in customers end to end and ensure customer satisfaction. Action all customer requests and retain the existing customers by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Foster a service delivery culture within the branch. Update daily stats of walk-in clients and provide weekly/monthly reports. Manage premium collection rate to target levels. Comply with non-advice selling in line with FAIS/FSCA.
Competencies: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities). Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Good computer literacy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-oriented and attention to detail is essential.
