We are hiring for a Facility/Maintenance Engineer for our Real Estate company located in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities: Preparing maintenance contract based on property requirements

Preparing maintenance plans and requirements based on maintenance contracts

Preparing and developing weekly, monthly & annual preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and service department; Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Preparing weekly maintenance checklist including all dates, material, tests, and resources needed

Documenting operation & maintenance manuals

Responding to on-call service requests and issuing works orders

Traveling to client/tenant locations for equipment and/or maintenance-related inspection.

Diagnosing, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions

Ensuring service reports are completed on a regular basis

Coordinating with various departments for the proper planning and execution of maintenance and service work

Providing proper feedback on project requirements, status, and progress

Conforming to quality system procedures and requirements

Continuously improving the operation, maintenance, and service department

Proving technical support and training on new equipment

Ensuring proper site health and safety measures are taken

Supervising maintenance technicians and staff

Other duties may be assigned.
