Merchandise Assistant Retail, Other, Northern Suburbs. Merchandise Assistant Retail. Well-established retail client is looking for a Merchandiser with experience. Salary: R5500.00 per month. Position Type: Permanent – must be able to start immediately.

Requirements: No Criminal record, Grade 12, Valid drivers’ license, Neat and presentable.

Must have previous merchandising experience. Must be coming from a retail background. More than 2 years Experience in Merchandising and store presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities: Merchandise selection by category, sub-category, and brand. Settings up displays. Checks and accepts feedback on your own final product. Keeps areas clean and monitors and applies good housekeeping. Respond to request by senior personnel for changes in displays and target areas accordingly.
