Cost Accountant, Paarl, Cape Winelands. Our client based in Paarl is a leading exporter of fruits and vegetables. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Management/ Cost Accountant at its head office. The incumbent will report to the Head of the Apple and Pear Business Unit.

Responsibility Compilation and Communication of reports which could include: Net proceeds per hectare. Cash flow projections. Cost and profits per producer. Profitability calculations. the settlement, disbursements, and reporting in relation to external manufacturers. maintenance of standard costing models, assistance with cost calculation.

Qualification And Experience: B.Comm Cost / Management Accounting or Hons. Degree. 2 Years of fruit exporting experience would be highly advantageous.

Competencies: Strong analytical, administrative, and excel skills, good interpersonal skills, honesty, drive, strict discipline, and the ability to function on your own initiative. The remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and qualification. Experience in the agricultural industry will be advantageous.
