Fleet Administrator Urgently Required. Ballitoville, North Coast. A reputable company is urgently looking for a Fleet Administrator to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for a Plant Hire & Logistics Company in Ballito.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Logistics & Fleet Management. Monitoring of all plants and vehicles using the tracker system. Monitor and report vehicle abuse, speeding etc. Keep an up to date records of the maintenance service schedule. Keep an up to date records for the tyre replacement schedule. Keep an up to date records of the licence schedules. Maintaining an up to date records of vehicle repairs and damages schedule. Prepare a reconciliation schedule of the fuel accounts.

Ensure all relevant documentation relating to hiring is administered correctly. prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Assist in promotional campaigns to attract and maintain a client base.

Education and Experience: Qualification in Transport, Logistics or any relevant qualification. +5 years work experience in Logistics, Fleet Management. The workshop experience will be an added advantage. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software(SAGE, SAP, Buildsmart). knowledge of spares, plants and equipment. Geographic Knowledge of KZN & Gauteng.
