Our client a home loans/mortgages / financial concern is looking for an experienced Conversion Specialist who will be expected to ensure the successful conversion of deals from the submission to instruct phase so bonds can be granted as efficiently as possible. You will be required to build strong working relationships.

Minimum Requirements: Matric (NQF 4). 2 years minimum experience in a Bank environment dealing with mortgages/ home loans. Own transport.

Responsibilities & Duties: Conversion, conversion of deals from the submission to instruct phase. Consultant Liaison, proactive communication with relevant Home Loan Specialist regarding their deals. Quality Assurance, ensuring up-to-date knowledge on the bank criteria so first-time submissions are of good quality. General Administration, updating of the status and closures of all deals on the Operations system.
