Job title: IT Sales/Solution Sales Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job description: Build & maintain productive business relationships with key decision-makers across enterprises/organizations to enable automation of critical services to enhance process efficiency.

Handling and selling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) & SLA (Service Level Agreement) Contracts

Preparation of Services Solutions proposals (MPS, Shifting Services, Etc.)

Spare Part Sales for Servers, Storages, etc

Selling Product Care Packs & Agreements

Full service tendering of Technical & Commercial proposals

Contract & account management Support and execution

Develop relations & execute sales strategy based on the UAE market status and conditions

Maintain a large portfolio with clients.

Be the focal point and follow up on the escalation and issues between client and vendor.

Review pricing and service levels

Identify new sales and marketing opportunities

Develop product literature and sales collateral

Qualifications:

Proven experience of 3 years sales experience in the IT industry in UAE

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/computers

Languages spoke: English
