Experience with Sage Pastel and Payroll. 5 years post qualification work experience (Preferably Construction). candidates must be available immediately.

Duties And Responsibilities: Setting up and maintaining the Pastel Accounting system. Budget preparation and forecast. Reconciling monthly, quarterly and annual expenditures to budgets. Budget reporting, comparative and variance analysis. Computation and submission of VAT, PAYE, UIF, and Income Tax. Weekly reports of financial results. Ensuring bank accounts are well managed. Collating and loading all monthly invoices. Ensuring information is captured correctly on the pastel system. Preparing the annual financial statements. Balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Responsible for the full accounting function.
