Procurement is the strategic approach to managing organizational spending, involving acquiring quality goods and services from preferred vendors within a stipulated budget, on or before the deadline. BFG Print is growing at a fast pace and currently requires a reliable candidate to fit this position. The employee should be energetic and able to work longer hours if required.

Minimum Requirements and Responsibilities: Must be able to work in a deadline-driven environment with little to no supervision. Work on multiple briefs at the same time. Good communication skills. Purchase supply of products/materials. Determine the lowest cost for products/materials. Track and record orders. Receive orders and document arrivals. Prepare requisitions and purchase orders. Monitor order expenses. Communicate performances and costs to management. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers. Read and calculate department job card(s) information; follow specific fabrication instructions as indicated by Work Order(s), Customer(s), or Supervisor(s).

Beneficial extras: Experience in the large format digital print industry. Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: +- R15,000.00 per month.
